Evidence-Informed Psychological Support for Health, Wellbeing, and Behavioural Change
Working with a Chartered Health Psychologist to support adjustment, self-management, and quality of life in the context of health and wellbeing.
Eric Barratt, Chartered HCPC-registered Health Psychologist I BSc (Hons), MSc, QHP (Stage 2)
Living with a health condition, ongoing symptoms, or health-related challenges can be complex and overwhelming. Physical health rarely exists in isolation - thoughts, emotions, behaviours, and daily circumstances all play an important role.
Anchor Health Psychology offers specialist, evidence-based support to help you better understand these interactions and develop practical, sustainable ways to move forward.
Support may be helpful if you are:
- Adjusting to a diagnosis or a change in health
- Managing ongoing symptoms such as pain, fatigue or breathlessness
- Experiencing health-related anxiety, stress or emotional distress
- Finding self-management or behaviour change difficult
Support is always tailored to your individual health context or goals
Health psychology focuses on understanding how psychological, behavioural, and contextual factors influence physical health and long-term wellbeing.
